Refund policy for our services

 

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the completion of the service if they are not satisfied with the service provided. To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team and provide a detailed explanation of their dissatisfaction with the service.

 

If the service was not completed to the satisfaction of the customer due to the fault of our company, a full refund will be issued.

 

If the customer would like to cancel the service before it's completion, payment should be made on pro-rata basis based on the completion of the service at the time of cancellation.
